Although some of the staff were very rude, I had a really comfortable stay. Got the same double room booked online with very comfortable bed and crumbling balconies plus these convertable sofas.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The weather was very good, had quite comfortable stay at this hotel because of the convenient location and because we have had consistently good past experiences there. We ate at a nice restaurant with haute cuisine and impeccable service.

The rooms turned out to be bright and newly renovated with these convertable sofas and a single queen bed. Everywhere there was clean.

The venue is sublime, it offers marvellous breakfast and has marvellous location so close to downtown, several nearby restaurants and Toronto.

It's best base for sightseeing and exploring Toronto. Need to add that there's a lot of restaurants to choose from, like Gilaneh Restaurant, located within 10 minutes walk or so.
