Although some of the staff were very rude, I had a really comfortable stay. Got the same double room booked online with very comfortable bed and crumbling balconies plus these convertable sofas.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Thanks everyone for a nice stay in its time. The buffet breakfast was amazing, the staff was accommodating. Easy check-out was useful. No complaint, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would like to go back there again.

The weather was very good, had quite comfortable stay at this hotel because of the convenient location and because we have had consistently good past experiences there. We ate at a nice restaurant with haute cuisine and impeccable service.

It's best base for sightseeing and exploring Toronto. Need to add that there's a lot of restaurants to choose from, like Gilaneh Restaurant, located within 10 minutes walk or so.

The breakfast was SENSATIONAL, the pool was nice, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Cool unit with a convenient decor. Good reception. Great overall experience.
Facilities were new, nonetheless internet was terrible.
